Nuts Can Lower Cholesterol Levels : Bad Cholestero


The nuts diet is most helpful for "thinner people, those eating less healthy diets,The review of 25 studies, involving nearly 600 people, showed eating on average 67g of nuts - a small bag - a day can lower cholesterol levels by 7.4%. This particular study pointed out that people with so-called bad cholesterol and those with a lower body-mass index are among those more likely to benefit by adding some nutty crunch to their diet.
