Tropical Storm Bonnie 2010 Forecast Map : Current Storm Track
A recently formed tropical depression hit Bahamas on Thursday and is reportedly headed to the oil spill area of the Gulf of Mexico as Tropical Storm Bonnie 2010 is forming and may be complete later in the day.The current storm track threatens the entire US gulf including the region of BP's Deep Horizon spill site. Intensification may not be ideal for a day or two, but offshore rig workers in general and BP responders are already on the verge of pulling out of the way.A forecast map shows that the storm could reach the area of the Gulf of Mexico around the massive oil spill by sometime this weekend, but forecasters say that the path of a storm can be difficult to predict.
