2011 Ford Explorer Features : Conjunction With Land Rover
The 2011 Ford Explorer redesign unveiled Monday signals the biggest change to the automaker’s signature sports utility vehicle since it was introduced in 1990. It's 20 percent more fuel efficient, looks more carlike than ever, and offers a smoother ride.It still sports a “4WD” badge to appease those 20 percent of Explorer owners who like to take their vehicles off-road. There’s also a generous 7.9 inches of ground clearance as well as the advanced Terrain Management System developed in conjunction with Land Rover.
Ford recently dropped the entry level price of its 2011 Ford Edge but raised the price of its upper level models which have more features and high-tech content.
