Playstation Network Down:Investigation Report
The Senior Director of Corporate Communications & Social Media, Patrick Seybold, said that the network could be down for a couple of days and users will experience problems and may get error messages during this time.
The problem for the outage is still under investigation, and they want to not only find the problem, but prevent it from happening again.
While we are investigating the cause of the Network outage, we wanted to alert you that it may be a full day or two before we’re able to get the service completely back up and running. Thank you very much for your patience while we work to resolve this matter.
