Michael Vick Injury Update.

Michael Vick Injury Michael Vick’s Injury is really costing the Eagles in today’s game, as Kevin Kolb is simply nowhere near as dynamic against a talented Redskins defense. Still getting shutout “sans Vick” as it’s 17-6 Redskins in the 3rd quarter. Kolb looks nothing like the high-reward prospect he once was, and it looks more and more like this is Vick’s team for good (if healthy). My guess is Kolb gets traded before 2011.
Michael Vick left the Eagles-Redskins game late in the first quarter and did not return. He was given X-Rays in the Eagles locker room, and was described as having a “rib and chest injury” and would not return. Judging by how different the offense functioned with Kevin Kolb running the show, the Eagles cannot afford to go into the heat of the NFC season without their rejuvenated duel-threat QB. The race is far too close and far too crowded to lose Vick for any extended period.
