Blackhawks Parade : 350,000 People Celebrated Victory
The Chicago Blackhawks Parade will kick off Friday at 10:30 am June 11, 2010 to celebrate their victory over the Philadelphia Flyers Wednesday Night. The night of the victory, thousands of fans took to the streets to party and celebrate the win.
The parade will start at 10:30 am at the intersection of Wacker Drive and Washington Street and then turn east towards the Washington Street on Michigan Avenue.
McDonald noted 350,000 people celebrated downtown during a parade in 2005 for the White Sox when they won the World Series, the last time a professional sports team from the city won a title
